Job Description
As a Cloud Computing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge cloud technologies and learn from industry experts in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of cloud infrastructure using leading platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Support the migration of on-premises applications and workloads to the cloud, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, design solutions, and implement cloud-based architectures that meet business objectives
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Develop and automate cloud provisioning, configuration, and management tasks using infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Assist in the implementation of cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), network security, and data encryption
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to support knowledge sharing and training activities
Mandatory Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Diploma, Bachelors or Masters degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong interest in cloud computing technologies and a desire to learn and grow in the field
- Basic understanding of cloud concepts and services, such as virtualization, storage, networking, and computing
- Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
Qualities:
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
