Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Business Analyst at Cloud Certitude in Gurugram.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for Salesforce. com administration, business analysis, analyzing business requirements, and enhancing business processes on a day-to-day basis.

- Salesforce.com Administration and Business Analysis skills.

- Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.

- Experience in gathering and analyzing Business Requirements.

- Understanding of Business Processes and workflow management.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst are a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

- Collaborate with business clients to understand their needs and gather detailed business and functional requirements.

- Translate business requirements into detailed Salesforce functional specifications.

- Design and propose Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.

- Configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, workflows, and reports.

- Collaborate with the development team to customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components as needed.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.

- Assist in the deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, addressing any issues or questions that arise.

- Oversee data migration, integration, and maintenance to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to various audiences.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3 years + experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.( Exp.in Salesforce is must).

- Salesforce certifications (e., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder) are highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and functionalities.
