Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Recruitment Lead/Manager to lead and mentor a team of recruiters specializing in staffing. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment processes, billing models, and Just-in-Time (JIT) hiring while demonstrating strong leadership and client management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring performance metrics are met and recruitment targets are achieved.
  • Should have hands on experience in sourcing.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members to enhance productivity and overall recruitment effectiveness.
  • Ensure that team members are effectively trained on sourcing strategies, client needs, and staffing best practices.

Recruitment Processes and Tools:

  • Guide the team in identifying and attracting the right candidates efficiently.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment tools and processes to meet client needs effectively.

Recruitment Process & Strategy Execution:

  • Lead and oversee the recruitment lifecycle for contract-to-hire positions, focusing on meeting client timelines and candidate expectations.
  • Utilize recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms to source top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates for a variety of roles, particularly for specialized technical positions, through job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop sourcing strategies tailored to the specific needs of the client, including active engagement in local and global talent pools.
  • Conduct interviews, technical assessments, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Guide the team in identifying and attracting the right candidates efficiently.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment tools and processes to meet client needs effectively.

Client Management & Relationship Building:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand staffing requirements, develop talent strategies, and ensure successful hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with the recruitment process and candidate quality.

Problem-Solving and Proactivity:

  • Address recruitment challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintaining a go-getter attitude to drive results in a competitive environment.

act Management:

  • Manage the administration and negotiation of MSAs (Master Service Agreements) and NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) with vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, including adherence to agreed terms for contract-to-hire placements and the management of all legal documents.
  • Oversee the successful transition of candidates from contract to permanent status, ensuring a smooth experience for both the client and candidate.

Reporting & Performance Metrics:

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed reports to senior leadership and clients, offering insights into recruitment trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze recruitment data to refine strategies and improve team efficiency.

  • 10-15 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of success in staffing firms or IT services companies.
  • 5+ years of experience managing recruitment , with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Should have hands-on experience in sourcing and able to make few closures alongside team.
  • Excellent understanding of contract staffing billing models and JIT hiring practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client handling experience, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and nurture relationships.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic insights and market trends to clients and stakeholders.Role & responsibilities
