Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer with strong expertise in CPQ implementations, OWD (Organization-Wide Defaults) concepts, and Salesforce development & integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce CPQ solutions that streamline business processes and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ, including product bundling, pricing rules, discounting, and approvals.
• Work extensively on OWD (Organization-Wide Defaults) concepts to ensure proper data security and access control.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize CPQ processes for better performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and administrators to deliver scalable solutions.
• Document technical solutions, best practices, and configurations to ensure smooth implementation and maintenance.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and CPQ enhancements to incorporate the latest features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ development & implementation.
• Strong understanding of CPQ concepts including pricing, product rules, quote templates, approvals, and renewals.
• Experience with OWD (Organization-Wide Defaults), Sharing Rules, and Security Models in Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flows, and Workflow Rules.
• Salesforce CPQ certification is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot CPQ-related issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Billing and Revenue Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins for Salesforce deployments.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps best practices.
