Education Counsellor

Position Overview: As an Admissions Counsellor at CLINI INDIA, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our programs and their potential impact on their careers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in admissions, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for clinical research and education.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students interested in CLINI INDIA's clinical research training programs.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the institute's various programs, curriculum, admission requirements, and application procedures.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students, either in person, via phone, or online, to address their inquiries and concerns.
• Assist students in identifying the most suitable program based on their academic and career goals.
• Guide students through the application process, including submission of required documents, application fees, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to review applications, assess candidate eligibility, and make informed admissions decisions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the clinical research industry trends and the unique selling points of CLINI INDIA's programs.
• Attend relevant education fairs, workshops, and networking events to promote CLINI INDIA's programs and connect with potential students.
• Provide regular updates to the management team regarding enrollment numbers, conversion rates, and any challenges faced in the admissions process.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of prospective students' interactions and applications.
