Business Development Lead / Manager

We are looking for a passionate Business Development Professional to Join our team.

JD:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Pharma industry, with a focus on selling Pharmacovigilance Software Solutions & Quality Management Software (QMS) Software solutions.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's software solutions in US, Europe, and Indian markets.

Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify trends, client needs, and opportunities for growth.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Pharmacovigilance IT/Software and Quality/QMS Software.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, with specific sales/business development experience in drug safety/pharmacovigilance (OR) quality management software (QMS).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience working with international markets and understanding global regulatory landscapes.
