The Quality Analyst is responsible for creating and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects.
About the position
Responsibilities and Duties
We are looking for a Quality Analyst to develop test plans and review the user requirement documents to ensure that the requirements are testable.

- Creating a test plan
- Reporting and tracking bugs in test management tools.
- Guarding against incorrect language usage, truncated text and incorrect formatting.
- Review user requirement documents to ensure that the requirements are testable.
- Ensuring the product is culturally compatible with target market.
- Some localization analysts are responsible for translation work.
- Rebuilding the corrected software application.
- Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
- Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross functional team members.
- Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues.
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional, design specifications and requirements.
- Bachelors or Master s in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to think in the abstract and see small details fit in to the bigger picture.
- A creative mindset and the ability to approach a problem creatively.
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables, ensures the ability to find the defects quickly.
- One must know the basics of SQL.
- Knowledge about Microsoft office.
