About the Role:

As an Engineer, you will consult to our top tier client base, covering all areas of the testing lifecycle in multiple domains. Knowledge and expertise on all software delivery methodologies and test processes, you will use your testing capability to deliver large scale projects on schedule and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using JavaScript.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Execute automated test suites and analyse test results to identify issues and ensure product quality.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing test automation frameworks and tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation for test scripts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation testing with a focus on JavaScript.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with popular testing frameworks (e. g. , Jasmine, Mocha, Chai).
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs).
• Experience with version control systems (e. g. , Git).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Tools and Technologies:

• Testing Frameworks: Proficient in using Jasmine, Mocha, Chai, or other JavaScript testing frameworks.
  Automation Tools: Experience with Cypress, playwright, Puppeteer, or WebDriverIO.
• CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitLab CI for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Version Control: Proficient in using Git and GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaboration.
  Package Managers: Familiarity with npm and Yarn for managing project dependencies.
• Documentation: Proficient in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or TestRail for test management and documentation.
