1.Test Planning and Execution:

- Analyze requirements, create test cases, and execute manual tests to ensure software functionality.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.

2. Domain-Specific Testing:

- Leverage knowledge of healthcare and pharma domains to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, GDPR).

- Validate software applications for accuracy, security, and performance in healthcare and pharma workflows.

3. Collaboration:

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

4. Documentation:

- Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

- Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.

5. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure software meets quality standards and adheres to regulatory requirements.

- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Experience and Qualification

1. Experience:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in manual testing.

- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences domains is highly preferred.

2. Education:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.

3. Skills:

- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and tools.

- Familiarity with healthcare and pharma workflows, terminologies, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in using bug-tracking tools like JIRA.

- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.

- Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is an advantage.
