Responsibilities:

Demonstrate some abilities involving design and development related projects in the following areas:

• Frontend Development: Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.js, ensuring responsiveness and performance.
• Component Design: Build reusable and modular components to streamline development.
• State Management: Implement efficient state management using tools like Context API.
• API Integration: Fetch and manage data from RESTful APIs using axios.
• Code Quality: Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and adherence to coding standards.
• Optimization: Optimize components for performance and scalability across devices and browsers using code optimization technique like Lazy Loading and code splitting etc.
• Version Control: Collaborate using version control systems like Git and Bit Bucket for managing source code.
• Bug Fixing: Identify and resolve frontend issues and bugs promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for code, components, and development processes.
• Accessibility: Ensure applications are accessible and meet web standards.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest React.js trends, libraries, and frameworks to improve development processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• HTML
  Strong understanding of HTML5, including semantic mark-up, accessibility standards, and the ability to create structured and well-organized web pages.
• CSS
  Proficiency in CSS3 for styling web applications, including knowledge of responsive design.
• JavaScript
  Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, promises, and event handling.
• React JS Core Concepts
  Deep knowledge of React fundamentals such as components, JSX, props, state management, lifecycle methods, and functional components with hooks.
• Context API
  Experience using Reacts Context API for managing global state and sharing data across components without prop drilling.
• Custom Hooks
  Ability to create and implement custom React hooks to reuse logic across components and improve code maintainability.
• Material UI/Joy UI
  Hands-on experience with Material UI and Joy UI libraries to build modern, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
• AG Grid and MUI Data Grid
  Expertise in implementing advanced data tables using AG Grid and MUI Data Grid, including features like sorting, filtering, pagination, and custom cell rendering.
• Axios
  Proficiency in making API requests using Axios, handling responses and errors, and integrating RESTful APIs into React applications.
• React Flow
  Experience with React Flow for building customizable and interactive workflows, flowcharts, and diagrams.
• Hands-On Experience with Git and Bitbucket for Version Control
  Proficient in version control using Git and Bitbucket, including branching, merging, pull requests, and maintaining clean repositories.

Good-to-Have Skills

• CSS Pre-processors like SaaS or Less.
• Knowledge of any other JavaScript Framework like Angular JS/Vue JS.
• Global state management tools like Redux and Flux.
• CSS frameworks/libraries like tailwind CSS and React Bootstrap.
• React Query for making API request.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
