Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT staffing, excellent communication skills, and expertise in marketing IT consultants on various work visas (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, L2, TN, EAD, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and place Bench candidates (H1B, GC, TN, EAD, OPT, CPT, etc.) in contract positions with Tier 1 vendors, Direct Clients, and Implementation Partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers.
• Proactively reach out to vendors and clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to submit consultant profiles.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and agreements with clients and vendors.
• Work closely with recruiters and account managers to identify job opportunities.
• Track submissions, interviews, and placements while ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), vendor lists, and networking to generate leads.
• Maintain an updated database of consultants and track market trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and US recruitment regulations.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
• Proven track record of placing Bench consultants in IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of US IT staffing, tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099), and visa classifications.
• Experience working with VMS, Prime Vendors, and Direct Clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be comfortable working in US time zones (EST/PST).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Strong database of vendors and clients.
• Ability to generate new bench sales leads independently.
