Roles & Responsibilities
- Maximize Company's Product specification and Conversion by closely following with Architects | Interior Designer | Consultants | PMC's segment.
- Build strong relationship with specifiers - Architects, Interior Designers, Project Management Consultants, Contractors, Developers and Product specification with Architects, Consultant, Engineers, Designers, Builders, and hi-end customers.
- Tap key specifiers in Tier I & Tier II cities and ensure maximum conversion.
- Make presentation and representation to this segment at various platform and enhance connections.
- Build performance-based loyalty program for long term association with brand.
- Maintaining Key Accounts HNI, High End Hospitality & Housing Projects like Hilton, Lodha, Godrej, Tata & Inter Continental etc.
- Tendering at Defense | Govt Authorities like PWD, railways, PSUs etc.
- Building strategies to Tap target audience and expand penetration.
- Detailed technical presentations & discussions with the customers, preparing proposals, cost estimations and quotations.
- Organize and execute product presentations at trade shows, events.
- Develop, implement, and maintain monthly Secondary sales tracking systems such as sales reports.
- Assistance in effective Credit Management with the help of marketing tools.
- Knowledge of Territory
- Handling and settlement of claims. Awareness of industry, market & legislative drivers the processes

- Maintain customers and their competitor's strength weaknesses opportunities threat profile.
- Should be open for travel.
Experience - 07 to 12 years in similar Industry (Building Material Industry)

- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication,
- Aggressive and productive approach to sales

- Excellent presentation skills for large and small group.

- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
