Key Responsibilities
Drive client value creation
Understand the client's business, priorities and leadership agendaCo-create with the client, articulate transformation and drive innovation agenda for the clientAlign the right teams or capabilities to enable (sell and deliver) successful transformation/ innovation agendaBuild long-standing, trust-based relationships
Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through an in-depth understanding of the client as well as industryBuild networks at Accenture to be able to bring the best of Accenture to the clientGrow the business/account
Drive sales, revenue and profitability, and responsible for account financials/key commercial processes for the accountHelp originate deals based on defined commercial pathways; drive innovative deal construct and solutioning to grow businessDelivery ownership and excellenceKey Skills (Must haves)Rich experience with strong network within the banking industryDemonstrate sustained client relations management experience as well operated at a senior management level

Qualifications & AttributesExperience of atleast 7+ years in consulting and account management/ sales experience particularly domestic consulting experienceExperience of working in a consulting firm will be preferredExperience of working with C-level executives at the client organizationAbility to align organization on complex technical decisionsActive coach and mentor whose goal is to grow and maximize the teams potentialHigh energy and passionate individual who inspires teammates to reach their maximum potentialEmbraces a culture of trust and complete transparencyPromotes free thought is energized by ideas from others in teamTakes ownership of problems through resolutionKnowledge and skill requirementsSelf-motivated individual with highest levels of professionalismExcellent communication skills and ability to work/ interact with clients in the banking sector7+ years of experience in the banking industry/ FS clients in IndiaDemonstrated experience in relationship building & networking skillsMasters degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in
