Associate Recruiter

We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our team and help us find top talent to support our growing suite of products and services. Initially, the focus will be on recruitment, both domestic and global. Based on performance, the scope of work will expand to other HR domains such as engagement, operations, and more.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Source Candidates: Identify top talent through job portals, social media, and other channels.
Post Job Openings: Share job listings on various platforms to attract candidates.
Engage with Applicants: Communicate with candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
Assist with Recruitment Events: Help organize and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
Support Administrative Tasks: Maintain reports, databases, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Brand Evangelism: Pitch potential candidates about the company, highlighting our values, culture, and opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
A passion for recruitment and a keen eye for talent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a learner and receptive mindset.
Familiarity with Google Suite.
