Sales Manager India
Duties and Responsibilities Summary:
- Business development to identify new investors and clients.
- Conduct roadshows, community marketing and other sales promotion events.
- Prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation & ensuring a fair and honest deal.
- Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame.
- Presenting customers with investment opportunities available at Celeste.
- Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.
- Managing client investment portfolio & offering them best customer support experience
Requirements:
- Experience in sales of Real Estate / high ticket investment products.
- Multilingual - English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil
*Real Estate experience in UAE market will be an added advantage.
