Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Director - Product professional to take charge of our consumer product line. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and management of products designed for solving deep problems in personal finance and taxes. Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams in creating effective solutions that meet the needs of our diverse customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

Develop a comprehensive product strategy for the consumer product line, aligning with the companys goals and market demands

Define a clear vision for the consumer products and their role in supporting our customers pain points and needs

Product Development and Lifecycle Management:

Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate user requirements into user-friendly and effective software solutions

Customer-Centric Approach:

Incorporate customer feedback into product design and development, ensuring solutions resonate with the market

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Leverage data and analytics to make informed product decisions, track key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvements

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership, category teams, customers, and other relevant stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills:

MBA from tier 1 colleges
Must have Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in product management; preferably managing consumer products
Worked on AI products / tech and added advantage
Interest in personal finance space an added advantage
