As a Sales Manager, GTM Strategy Operations, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading strategic initiatives, optimizing GTM execution, and managing revenue operations. You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to identify high-impact opportunities, execute cross-functional projects, and ensure the sales engine is operating at peak performance. Your role will go beyond process ownership you will be responsible for identifying growth levers, removing bottlenecks, and implementing strategies that directly accelerate revenue. Key Responsibilities Own Revenue-Driving Initiatives: Lead high-impact projects focused on improving win rates, deal velocity, pipeline health, and market expansion. Drive GTM Strategy Execution: Translate business objectives into scalable GTM strategies, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams. Lead Revenue Operations: Oversee forecasting, sales planning, and revenue analytics, ensuring the sales team has the right tools, insights, and data to execute efficiently. Accelerate Sales Performance: Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement solutions to improve conversion rates and shorten deal cycles. Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and execute predictive analytics and performance insights that directly impact quota attainment and sales growth. Maximize Sales Productivity: Drive initiatives that optimize rep efficiency, increase pipeline coverage, and enhance quota attainment. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with marketing to enhance lead quality pipeline generation, and collaborate with product teams to align GTM with product roadmaps. Implement Scalable Playbooks Frameworks: Develop actionable sales playbooks, competitive insights, and market expansion strategies to drive revenue growth. Drive Pricing Commercial Strategy: Work on pricing optimization, discounting strategies, and packaging enhancements to maximize deal value. Experience Industry Knowledge Must have - 5+ years of total exp of which 3+ experience in Global B2B SaaS in GTM / Sales strategy, or other GTM-related roles which involved closely working with leadership Good to have - 1-2 years of management consulting experience along with above criteria will be an added bonus Revenue Growth GTM Strategy Proven ability to design and execute revenue-driving initiatives, beyond just setting up processes. Experience in sales funnel optimization, deal acceleration, and improving win rates. Ability to develop GTM expansion strategies and drive execution across multiple teams. Analytical Data-Driven Decision Making Strong proficiency in revenue forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance insights. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools (Tableau, Snowflake, Looker, etc.). Experience with SQL is a plus. Leadership Execution Mindset Strong ownership mentality ability to identify opportunities, build a case, and execute solutions. High degree of autonomy in driving revenue-impacting projects. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and product. Communication Influence Strong ability to synthesize complex problems, communicate insights, and influence decision-making. Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and driving alignment on key strategic initiatives. Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
