Job Summary:
We are in search of a results-focused Sales Executive who is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a strong sales background.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
Present and demonstrate products to clients effectively.
What you Bring to the Role:
A minimum of one (1) year of inbound/outbound sales experience within a B2B or B2C environment.
Bachelor s degree in business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record in setting goals and closing sales.
Experience in customer service and the ability to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A decision-making process, complete with the ability to assess situations, research solutions, and make informed recommendations.
Familiarity with CRM software and efficient telephone handling.
A proactive and target-driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Willingness to work onsite.
