Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes from sourcing to contract award, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate prices, and manage vendor performance.
  
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and recommend suitable options.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective procurement strategies.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of goods/services while maintaining quality standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in the engineering & construction industry.
  
• Strong understanding of contract management principles, including negotiation techniques and contract administration best practices.
  
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) for market research and benchmarking purposes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
