Tendering Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage tendering process from bid solicitation to contract award, ensuring timely submission of bids and proposals.
  
• Coordinate with project teams to gather requirements, prepare bid documents, and submit tenders on time.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects from estimation to finalization.
  
• Conduct thorough analysis of tender documents, identify key issues, and develop strategies for successful bid management.
  
• Provide technical support during the proposal phase by reviewing designs, specifications, and other relevant materials.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 13-17 years of experience in civil engineering or related field with expertise in e-tendering systems.
  
• Strong understanding of Bidding, Bid Management, Proposals, Bid Evaluation, Proposal Management, Tender Analysis, Tender Estimation processes.
