Bidding Engineer

1. Prepare the format for the Pre-bid queries and circulate to all requisite team members. Collect and Compile the Pre-bid queries for review by Sales Leader and onward submission to Customer.

2. Prepare and Review Tender documents and ITB Checklist. Communicate the Tender document plan as per the format to the team to enable them to plan their activities.

3. Monitor flow of information between proposal teams, commercial team, Follow up for required deliverables as per Tender Preparation Plan.

4. Request for Bid Security and follow up for Timely delivery of the same, before submission as per the Tender Plan. Co-ordinate for necessary approvals as per Guidelines.

5. Review post bid clarifications received from customer and plan with Proposal Team for future action
