1. **Project Planning and Development:**

- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring that team members understand their roles and expectations.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to help team members develop and grow.
5. **Quality Assurance and Control:**
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that work meets project specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor construction activities to identify and address any quality issues or deficiencies.
- Conduct inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with contractual requirements and regulatory standards.
6. **Project Closure and Handover:**
- Coordinate the completion of all project deliverables, including final inspections, documentation, and handover to the client.
- Ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future improvements.
