Construction Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. **Project Planning and Development:**

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements and regulatory standards.

2. **Project Execution:**

- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, construction, and quality control.

- Monitor project progress and performance against established plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Address any issues or obstacles that arise during construction, implementing corrective actions as needed.

3. **Stakeholder Management:**

- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulatory agencies.
