Role & responsibilities

• Your primary responsibilities as a lead coder include planning, organizing, scheduling and supervising a coding team.
• You might be in charge of hiring and training new recruits as well as disciplining staff.
• You are also responsible for maintaining health information management systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience required - Minimum of 5 yrs - 10 yrs
• Certified candidates can apply
• Willing to work in Night Shift.
• A team leader provides guidance and instruction to a working group about a projects.
• They are in charge of delegating work, overseeing progress towards goals, and coaching team members as needed.
