Chief Manager - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing Firm (6-8 yrs)

- Finance head will be responsible for all the financial operations of Tuticorin.

- This includes the development of a financial strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

Budget: max- 25 lpa.

Experience:- 6-8 years.

Location: Tuticorin.

Qualification: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or CA.

- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

- Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.

- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.

- Secures financial information by completing database backups.

- Maintains financial security by following internal controls. - Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

- Prepare debtors list and creditors list. Maintain a system to send reminders and get payments from customers on timely basis.

- Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.

- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

- Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations. -

- Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data. Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash flow etc. Presenting data to management.

- Maintaining accurate financial records. Performing audits and resolving discrepancies. Computing and filling taxes return. Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.

- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
