Key skills for the job
Qualification: MBA in HR, preferably from a good pedigree B-school
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
Industry preference: fintech, financial services, preferably start-up world dealing with financial products
Core experience: end to end talent acquisition - sourcing, positioning the organisation and the role, interviewing, compensation benchmarking, rolling out the offer, offer to joiner engagement, onboarding experience
Given that we are a start-up, the roles here are not tightly defined, and hence the individual gets an opportunity to contribute to and learn other projects that fall under the gamut of talent and culture
