Associate Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide basic guidance to hiring managers on best practices for hiring.

• Host candidate interviews and lead interviewer feedback sessions .

• Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through social media and professional networks. Post jobs through the applicant tracking system in alignment with job posting guidelines.

• Extend job offers an d negotiate offer terms with candidates to facilitate offer acceptance.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent

• 2 Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related roles/responsibilities

• Fixed term - 6 months
