Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements.
  
• Conduct initial rounds of interviews over phone or video conferencing.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment
  
• Strong understanding of non-IT skills required for banking roles//automobile//fmcg//fmcd.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
