What You 'll Do

• Recruit for IT and Non-IT roles across mid-senior levels.
• Work on Contractual (C2H) and Permanent hiring.
• Use your expertise in alternate sourcing channels, such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean searches, and referrals.
• Conduct various interview formats (phone, Zoom, etc.) to ensure the best candidate experience.
• Manage salary negotiations and closures to achieve business goals.
• Leverage ATS tools and resume databases for sourcing the right talent.

What We're Looking For

• Proven work experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate mapping.
• Hands-on experience with interview formats, job requirements, and social media recruitment strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive approach to building strong candidate pipelines.
