The eCommerce campaign producer is responsible for the day to day execution of the trade plan, delivering the on-site shopping journey and merchandising for all campaigns and content leveraging the available toolkit
What you can expect in the role:
Ensure projects are launched on time and meet initial project requirements. Keep team and stakeholders notified of progress and/or deviation from project schedule (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.).
Work with the eCommerce Manager and Associate Manager to optimise the workflow process
Ability to review key performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimisation
Review campaign designs and suggest conversion optimization opportunities before and during production
Execution of site content to support campaign execution in line with the campaign designs and marketing toolkits
Delivery of all back end configuration to support both campaign and BAU trade including correct set up of product groups, navigation, bundles and other ecommerce promotional requirements
Ensure thorough testing and governance processes are upheld throughout the production process
Work closely with front end developers to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure campaigns function seamlessly across devices
Work with creative studio to ensure all required assets for on site execution are delivered as per the brief
Execution of SEO requirements as part of page build as determined by the SEO manager
Assist manager to assess all processes and look for areas of improvement in work flows.
Collaborate with team members of functional areas such as Marketing, Merchandising, etc.
What we expect from you:
Experience leading a team
Proven experience with content management systems, in particular Adobe Experience Manager
Proven experience with eCommerce Platforms and related configuration
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proficient in JIRA workflow management
Experience with Adobe Analytics and or GA4
Attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns at the same time
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including marketing, content, and development
Verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Retail experience preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
