What you can expect in the role:

Develop and Implement RPA Solutions:

• Design, build, and maintain RPA workflows using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.

• Use Python to create custom automation scripts and integrate them with RPA solutions, enhancing the automation capabilities.

Process Automation and Optimization:

• Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

• Work with stakeholders to map current processes and develop future-state automation.

Python Scripting for Advanced Automation:

• Write and maintain Python scripts for data manipulation, task automation, and system integration as part of the RPA workflows.

• Develop reusable Python code modules to optimize performance and enable rapid deployment.

Testing and Troubleshooting:

• Conduct thorough testing of RPA bots and Python scripts to ensure functionality, accuracy, and stability.

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues in automated processes, ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability.

What we expect from you:

• RPA Expertise: Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

• Python Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Python, including libraries for data manipulation (e.g., Pandas), scripting, and automation.

• Automation Tools and Techniques: Familiarity with automation frameworks, workflow design, and process mapping.

• Integration Skills: Experience with APIs, especially REST APIs, for system integration in automated processes.
