RPA Lead

Automation Anywhere Lead Developer
Minimum 6 years in RPA development, architecture & leading role
Roles and
Design, develop, and test automation workflows. .

Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools. .

Provide guidance with process design and support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions. .

Create process and end-user documentation & ensure quality of the automation following best practices. .

Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented. .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver business-impacting projects. .

Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as needed. .

Skills Required
Proficiency in RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, etc. .

Experience in programming languages like Python, VB Script, VBA. .

Understanding REST API Graph API & Control room administration
Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning is preferred. .

Certifications
Automation Anywhere RPA Masters & Advanced certifications preferred. .

Experience with Agile development methodology. .

Ability to work through ambiguous situations and multitask in a fast-paced environment. .

Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. .
