What you can expect in the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant with over 6 - 9 years of experience in managing and optimizing warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP EWM and a proven track record of implementing, configuring, and supporting warehouse management solutions.

This role involves designing and configuring SAP EWM solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.

Responsibilities:

. Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions to meet business requirements and enhance warehouse operations.

.Analyze and optimize warehouse processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics, to improve efficiency and accuracy.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP EWM solutions.

. Utilize in-depth knowledge of warehouse management best practices to ensure SAP EWM solutions align with operational needs.

. Manage integrations with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), CO (Controlling) and LE (Logistics Execution).

. Ensure that SAP EWM processes support accurate inventory tracking, order processing, and warehouse management.

. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP EWM solutions.

. Develop and deliver documentation and training materials on SAP EWM configuration and warehouse management processes.

. Provide expert support in warehouse management, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.

. Collaborate with stakeholders from the client organization to gather business requirements, address pain points, and propose effective solutions.

. Contribute to project planning and execution, including system testing, data migration, and comprehensive documentation.

. Maintain effective communication with client stakeholders, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and facilitating project-related discussions.

. Work collaboratively with onsite, nearshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

. Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience with more than 10 years of expertise in SAP EWM.

. Proven experience as an SAP EWM Consultant with a strong understanding of warehouse management processes, inventory management, and logistics.

. Proficiency in SAP EWM modules, including Inbound and Outbound Processing, Warehouse Operations, and Inventory Management.

. Experience with SAP integration points with other modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and LE (Logistics Execution).

. Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse management best practices and how they integrate with SAP solutions.

. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA EWM is highly desirable, including experience with migrations and greenfield implementations.

. Proven experience in migrations, greenfield implementations and rollouts.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with client stakeholders.

. Proven ability to collaborate with nearshore and offshore teams, facilitating productive team interactions.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve SAP EWM-related issues.

. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, efficiently managing multiple priorities.

. Exceptional documentation skills for creating clear and concise project documentation.

. SAP certification in EWM or related areas is a plus.
