We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer (Contract position) to join our vibrant talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment and play a key role in developing a robust talent pipeline.

Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process for assigned business units, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media, and Clariant’s internal ATS.
Schedule and organize interviews, assessments, and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and stakeholders.
Create engaging and accurate job advertisements and ensure they are advertised through appropriate and standard channels.
Engage with potential candidates via the full spectrum of communication channels (ATS, email, phone, social media).
Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
Support hiring managers throughout the process, stay informed about industry trends, and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal regulations.


Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a recruitment agency or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Deep understanding of the local recruitment market.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, team members, and hiring managers.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus.
