Purpose of role:

To independently manage all activities in the EXIM (Export-Import) logistics function in Customs and Trade compliance manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute Export orders per Purchase Orders & Letter of Credit timelines.
• Ensure dispatch compliance with FTA (Free Trade Agreement) & GST regulations.
• Support freight rate negotiations with forwarders & transporters.
• Track Import shipments to India.
• Verify & approve Bill of Entry documents.
• Process customs duties & ensure timely payment for shipment release.
• Update stakeholders on shipment arrivals.
• Coordinate import/export operations with internal & external customers.
• Liaise with finance for timely export document submission & payment realization.
• Maintain KPIs per service level agreements.

Requirements:

• Education Any Graduate
• 2+ years of experience with Import/Export Coordination
• Experience in Internal/External stakeholder management.
• Knowledge on Excel. Good to have SAP knowledge/experience.
• Should be comfortable working on 3rd Party payroll.
