Job Description

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in MERN to design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to building ClearRoutes consultancy and transforming organizations.

Requirements

Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer(MERN)
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and state management libraries like Redux.
Expertise in backend development with Node.js and Express.
Hands-on experience with GraphQL and RESTful API design.
Proficiency in databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with TDD using Jest or Mocha.
Strong understanding of Git and Agile methodologies.
Problem-solving skills and effective communication.

Nice -To-Haves
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications and APIs using TypeScript, GraphQL, React, and Node.js.
Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
Implement server-side logic and integrate with external APIs.
Design and optimize databases for performance.
Write unit tests and follow TDD practices.
Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot and debug issues promptly.
Document software designs and processes.
