Overview

RadiusAI is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join our innovative team. This role involves developing dynamic, responsive, and scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience with ReactJS and modern web technologies.
Familiarity with react-query for API integration and state management.
Proficiency in CSS frameworks, especially Tailwind CSS .
Understanding of state management solutions like Redux, Zustand , or Context API .
Knowledge of best practices in code reviews and collaborative development.
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Attention to detail and a good eye for user experience (UX).

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with NextJS and its ecosystem.
Experience with TypeScript .
Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library .
Exposure to modern frontend tooling (e.g., ESLint, Prettier ).
Basic understanding of UX principles and accessibility ( a11y ).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize frontend components using and Next.js .
Integrate RESTful APIs and manage data fetching with react-query .
Implement responsive designs with Tailwind CSS while ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
Actively participate in code reviews, maintaining high-quality coding standards.
Collaborate with design and product teams to align with UI/UX goals.
Contribute to the overall product architecture, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
Work in a fast-paced startup environment with flexibility and adaptability.
Continuously learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
Demonstrate teamwork and commitment to achieving project goals.
