Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media networking.
Develop and maintain a database of potential leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Sales Deck Preparation:
Create compelling and customized sales presentations (decks) for potential clients.
Present the companys technology solutions, services, and products clearly, addressing client needs and highlighting unique selling propositions.
Client Meetings:
Schedule and arrange meetings with potential clients to discuss their technology requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives and department heads.
Client Visits:
Organize and attend in-person client visits to understand their business challenges and present appropriate solutions.
Establish strong rapport and trust with clients during face-to-face interactions.
Consultative Sales:
Understand client business needs and pain points, offering consultative advice to position the firms products and services as the optimal solution.
Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
Contract Negotiation & Closing:
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close contracts with enterprise clients.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Sales Reporting & Collaboration:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution post-sale.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within enterprise technology, IT services, or consulting.
Experience in cold calling, prospecting, client meetings, and sales closing in B2B enterprise sales.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of enterprise technology products, services, and solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
