Civil Engineer - Fit Out

Role & responsibilities

• Planning and resource management.
• • Coordinate with the design team, procurement team, estimation & Vendors
• • Should be able to close projects with required quality and time lines provided.
• • Communicating to client effectively and handle client escalations.
• • Follow up on customer interactions.
• • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate with contractors, labours to get the work done and resolve issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
