- Create customized dashboards for clients based on their requirements.
- Conduct pre-deployment testing to ensure smooth integration between hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot server, dashboard, or IoT device issues as they arise.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer support, handling queries and resolving issues.
- Supervise and document deployment processes for better workflow efficiency.
Requirements- Requirements:
- Basic understanding of server setup and IoT platforms like ThingsBoard.
- Familiarity with basic backend/database operations (e.g., PostgreSQL, InfluxDB).
- Proficiency in customer support and troubleshooting.
- Ability to design and implement customized dashboards using existing tools or APIs.
- Strong organizational skills for supervising deployments and testing processes.
