This requirement shall entail managing end to end sales of Residential products thereby being responsible for achieving financial targets for the Residential Sales business
Job Description
About the Role: - Domain and Geography Expert: Organize the day-to-day operations of the Residential service line and team.
- Lead and support key discussions, negotiations, and strategies with the clients as required, including the sale of residential space in the Pune Market and cross-selling within C&W.
- Responsible for business development within the division and geography, including expanding client relationships to target business growth opportunities.
- Support and mediate between the team and external clients, senior-level industry forums, associations, professional bodies, consultants, and partners in the industry and associated sectors.
- Should have Post Graduation qualification in Marketing or any similar field of education and experience.
- Preferably 15+ years applicable industry tenure.
- Should possess strong negotiation skills and robust interpersonal skills with a knack of good persuasion tactics.
