We are hiring OPD COORDINATOR(Female) for City Institute of Medical Sciences (200 bedded Multi Specialty Hospital) Near Shri Radha Valley, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

• Patient Flow Management: Coordinate appointments, manage patient registration, and ensure efficient patient movement.

• Staff Management: Supervise OPD staff, ensure proper training, and manage shift schedules.

• Billing and Documentation: Oversee billing processes, ensure accurate documentation, and handle insurance-related queries.

• Customer Needs and Query Resolution: Identify patient and customer needs and resolve their queries promptly.

• Consultant Coordination: Coordinate with consultants on administrative issues, monitor attendance, and regulate OPD timings.

• Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with other hospital departments to provide seamless patient care.

• Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on OPD operations, patient visits, and financial performance.

• Patient Safety and Confidentiality: Ensure patient confidentiality and promote a safe, supportive environment.
