Quality Manager

Position Title: Quality Manager - Engineering and Construction
Experience- 10 -20 Years
Education-B.E Civil, MTech in Civil, PGDM in Civil
Industry- Real Estate
Location- Hadapsar Pune

Reports To: Chairman/MD/Directors/CFO

Role and Responsibility

Responsible for Quality Management, Prime functions including Preparing Quality Plan, Quality Assurance & Control.

Ensure project completion within the quality parameters and cost parameters. Reviewing the specifications, Process methodologies.

Manage the day-to-day activities of the Quality Assurance team, including training and development of QA staff and setting clear objectives to meet company needs.

Good analytical skills and excellence quality tools and methodologies.

Sound knowledge and experience in ISO Quality Management System.

Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.

Team player with the ability to work independently

Good communication skills, both written and oral

Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Foster a culture of quality and excellence across the organization, promoting a proactive approach to quality management.
