About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Group IT team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
About You:
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, or similar discipline.
- ISTQB Software Certification.
- 3+ years experience in Temenos T24 system.
- 5+ years in a Financial Services led company with knowledge of Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Custody or Hedge Fund Services industry.
- 5+ years experience in a functional testing specific role.
- 2+ year s experience using Selenium to create scripts and execute them in an automated framework.
- Strong background in QA processes, the Software Development Lifecycle and methodologies.
- Experience with the following applications/tools: JIRA, Xray and Confluence.
- Able to set priorities, to be flexible with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proactive person willing to accept responsibility with very little hand-holding.
- Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including oral and written English.
- Ability to work in fast paced, complex Business & IT environments
- Flexibility in work schedule according to changing project and business needs.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and manage and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Must be able to work in high-pressure environment, either independently or as part of a team.

Your Role:
- The successful candidate will play a key role in the creation and execution of manual tests required to validate the quality of the applications under test working closely with SMEs and work stream leads from the relevant business functional areas to meet their requirements.
- As a Senior QA Analyst, your role includes working closely with multiple stakeholders to define suitable test strategies based on the characteristics of the individual projects.
- Large amounts of testing will relate to the T24 system with a primary focus on AA Accounts, Payments and Treasury.
- This role will require some co-ordination and support to SIT and UAT test teams to ensure testing processes and procedures are followed as well as mentoring junior testers.
- You will be required to guide SIT and UAT teams on test approaches and the use of suitable testing tools for testing cycles (confluence, Jira and Xray).
- You will be familiar with creating test automation scripts and running automated test scripts via Selenium and working with the automation and the performance test team to propose appropriate prioritization of test scripts and assist in trouble shooting issues arising from automated and performance script runs.
- The QA team are part of a team of IT professionals that are responsible for the development and support of IT applications with a mix of agile and waterfall processes.
- The candidate will interact closely with multiple teams such as Global Citco QA team, development and business analysts, and other technical groups and resources within Citco.
- Creation, maintenance, optimization and execution of manual test scripts which need to be scalable, highly performant, maintainable and meet high quality standards.
- Participate in peer reviews of manual test scripts to ensure adherence to testing standards.
- Produce individual test plans, QA status reports and review of UAT test results.
- Support and maintain the defect management process working closely with development, support and vendors.
- Adhere to and support standard QA procedures and methodology.
- Development of testing best practices.
- Work closely with members of the Test team.
- Work closely with members of the Development team
- Work closely with members of the Business Analysis team and Business stakeholders
- Work closely with members of the Project Management team.
- Communicate and report on assigned tasks to QA Lead/Manager and PM.
- Take responsibility and exhibit ownership of assigned tasks.
