1. 2 Senior Eloqua Developers With 4 to 7 years of working experience on any Marketing automation tools, preferably Eloqua
2. 5 Junior Eloqua Developers – With 2 to 4 years of working experience on any Marketing automation tools

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Design, develop and implement automated marketing campaigns in Eloqua, including email marketing, lead nurturing and scoring.
  • Data Management: Setup, manage and maintain data integrations between Eloqua and CRM systems such as salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Lead Scoring & Segmentation: Develop and optimize lead scoring models and audience segmentation based on customer behaviour and demographics.
  • Eloqua Configuration: Manage and configure Eloqua settings, including user permission, data fields and API integrations.
  • Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on campaigns and optimize workflows for better engagement and conversion rates.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvements.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to data syncing, email deliverability, and other technical aspects of Eloqua
  • Training & Support: Provide support and training to marketing users on Eloqua best practice and system functionality.
  

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other Oracle Cloud products.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Certification in Oracle Unity or related technologies.
