Oracle HCM Technical Developer - Implementation & Support (3-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including data extraction, report development, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and optimize HCM Extracts to support payroll, benefits, and HR data needs.

- Design and develop BI Publisher reports for various HCM Cloud reporting requirements.

- Create OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports and dashboards for real-time analytics.

- Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Support data conversions and integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports.

- Provide technical guidance and best practices for HCM Cloud reporting and data extraction.

- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of reports and extracts.

- Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Implementation.

- Strong expertise in HCM Extracts - creating, configuring, and troubleshooting.

- Proficiency in BI Publisher - designing templates, layouts, and generating reports.

- Hands-on experience with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) - developing dashboards and reports.

- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud database structures and SQL / PL/SQL.

- Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) for integrations is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
