Visual Fabriqs Platform Integration Manager (3-6 yrs)

Job Summary :

The Visualfabriq Platform Integration Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of Visualfabriq's software solutions within client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Integration Management: Oversee the integration of data from diverse sources into cohesive systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.

Collaboration: Work closely with IT and business teams to understand data needs and develop solutions that streamline data processes.

Process Optimization: Develop and implement data integration strategies to support the organization's business objectives and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor data integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of integrated systems.

Documentation and Training: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes and provide training to staff on data integration tools and techniques.

- Use data integration tools, ERP systems, and cloud solutions such as AWS for optimum integration

Mandatory Skill :

- Domain knowledge - Client Industries

- Technically aligned promotion mgmt.

- Client industries - manage promotions.

Good to have skill :

- Domain knowledge, visual fabric, TPM tools

- Example - salesforce, cantar,annaplan (implementation)

Qualifications required :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and 3+ years of work experience in the IT industry.

- Experience with ERP systems implementations like SAP (TPM/SD) and Oracle,

- Experience with in-depth data interfaces (IDOC, XML, CSV, JSON)

- Experience with data analysis and data manipulation with large datasets

- Strong knowledge of (Traditional & MongoDB) databases

- Appreciation of Cloud solutions like AWS cloud

- Appreciation of software delivery/development and project management

- Experience in working with global teams and global customers

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language

- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills

- Accountable team member able to work autonomously and with attention to detail

- Experience in using tools to support daily processes like Atlassian, Microsoft, ProdPad and Zendesk

Internal Processes & Knowledge :

- Build and sustain strong relationship with Product Strategy Department on product development opportunities and

- Communities of Practice (to be formed by Product Strategy Department)

- Ensure detailed understanding for the Visualfabriq Deployment Approach (VDA) and its impact on the customer & customer projects

- Ensure active understanding of visualfabriq products - especially Bifrost -, blueprints and any new development

- Provide input to lessons learned sessions based on customer experiences and best practices with the visualfabriq team.

- Actively share knowledge and learnings within the visualfabriq community

- Actively contribute to visualfabriq internal knowledge & documentation, e.g. VDA repository, deployment playbooks, WIKI articles and Visualfabriq Academy / University materials
