Job Overview :

- We are seeking a skilled MongoDB Database Engineer to join our growing team.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with MongoDB and a solid understanding of other database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

- You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing database solutions that support our applications and business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable MongoDB database architectures.

- Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and schema design.

- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate databases with applications.

- Monitor and maintain database systems, ensuring high availability and security.

- Develop backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data.

- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner.

- Stay updated on database technologies and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience with MongoDB database administration and development.

- Proficiency in other database systems (e.g , MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).

- Deep expertise in Large Mongo Cloud installations.

- Deep expertise in Mongo DB Optimization.

- Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling.

- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions (e.g , AWS, Azure).

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g , Python, Bash) for automation tasks.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with NoSQL databases and data warehousing solutions.

- Understanding of data security and compliance regulations.

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.
