Role & responsibilities

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. Azure Expertise:
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure services, including App Services, AKS, Azure DevOps, Virtual Machines, Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, and Networking.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure networking, including Virtual Networks, Subnets, Load Balancers, and Application Gateways.
2. DevOps Practices:
• Expertise in CI/CD tools, especially Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Experience with Git repositories and branching strategies.
3. Infrastructure as Code:
• Proficient in Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates for cloud infrastructure automation.
4. Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
• Proficiency with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
5. Security:
• Strong understanding of Azure security tools like Azure Security Center, Azure Defender, and Key Vault.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, AD).
6. Programming and Scripting:
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages for automation.
7. Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across teams.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
