Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP Fieldglass Consultant with 3-8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in vendor management systems (VMS), contingent workforce solutions, and integration with SAP ERP or other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and implement SAP Fieldglass modules, including Contingent Workforce Management and Services Procurement.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals.

- Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Provide support for SAP Fieldglass implementations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system performance.

- Customize workflows, forms, and reports within SAP Fieldglass to meet business needs.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide post-go-live support.

- Integrate SAP Fieldglass with SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, or other third-party applications.

- Stay updated on SAP Fieldglass updates, releases, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience : 3-8 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configuration, or support.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of SAP Fieldglass modules (e.g., Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement).

- Hands-on experience with integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, SAP PI/PO, CPI).

- Knowledge of SAP ERP or SuccessFactors integration.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders
