About This Role

What You ll Do

1. Integrate Needs: Synthesize requirements from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables.
2. Lead and Own Design Process: Oversee the design journey from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
3. Engage in Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user s need, painpoints and deliver high-quality products.
4. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to facilitate discovery processes and foster alignment on a shared vision.
5. Drive Design Decisions: Make informed design decisions and validate hypotheses through user insights and data analysis.

Who we are looking for

1. Minimum of 3 years of UI/UX design experience in fast-paced environments.
2. BA/BS degree in Product Design, UI/UX, related field, or equivalent experience.
3. A strong portfolio showcasing projects in Consumer Products.
4. Excellent ability to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions.
5. Strong understanding of usability, user behavior, consumer psychology, and design thinking.
6. Ability to conceptualize and iterate creative solutions to meet business needs.
7. Experienced with different platforms - desktop and mobile.
8. Proactive, hands-on, self-starter, and perseverant in tackling challenges.
9. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other business stakeholders.
10. Skilled in conducting user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses.
11. Focused on achieving results and adaptable to change.
12. Collaborative and passionate about shaping the future of evolving telco products.
13. Strong team spirit and positive attitude.
